Today was a pretty good day, I actually got some exercise to counteract the insane amount of calories. When I woke up this morning I weighed in at 232.8, so I lost a bit since yesterday. We’ll see what the scale says tomorrow. Here’s what I ate today:

Breakfast:
– Central-Epicure wild pacific smoked salmon (about 55g)
– Schneider’s Country Naturals wieners (3)
– cup of tea
Lunch:
– baked chicken wings (10)
– Dole Very Veggie salad (10oz)
– Royal Gala apples (2)
– Reid’s dark chocolate almond bark (40g)
Dinner:
– sunflower seeds (half cup)
– raw cashews (25ish)
– Central-Epicure wild pacific smoked salmon (about 100g)
– Red seedless grapes (about a cup)
– Kraft mozzarella cheese (about 100g)

Total calories: 2800 give or take
The amount of calories I’m eating is really putting me off. I’m not really eating a lot, but it’s just really calorie dense. That was the goal of this experiment, but I wasn’t expecting these numbers.

In terms of exercise, I went to my first full CrossFit class today. The workout of the day (WOD) was the following:

8 Clean and Jerks – I used 75lbs. The recommended (Rx) is 135 for men, 95 for women
25 double Unders – I did 75 regular rope jumps instead

20 Double Unders – 60 rope jumps
8 Clean and Jerks
60 rope jumps
250m Row
75 rope jumps
8 Clean and Jerks

This took me 15 minutes (slowest time), and I burned between 225 and 300 calories.

I also watched the documentary Fat Head tonight. It was one of the best videos I’ve ever seen.
