I’ve been following Tom Naughton’s posts on his “Fat Head” blog and his latest entry almost brought tears to my eyes.
The food revolution is happening everywhere, but the fight back is vicious. German philosopher Arthur Schopenhauer once said that “All truth passes through three stages. First, it is ridiculed. Second, it is violently opposed. Third, it is accepted as being self-evident.”
We are currently in the second stage, where mainstream is not ridiculing Atkins or Paleo anymore, but violently opposing these ideas. The third stage will soon follow when their so-called “nutritional studies” that quote each other will be debunked.
